LoadUp offers a Service Day Guarantee to ensure your junk removal happens on the day you scheduled. If we need to reschedule your service*, we’ll refund $10 as a gesture of good faith.
The Service Day Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- Inclement weather or other acts of God
- Customer unavailable at the time of Loader arrival
- Customer fails to respond to pre-call or text notifications from the Loader
- Special request services, including:
Orders over $500- Orders outside our standard service areas booked manually by a LoadUp representative
- Non-junk removal services
- Customer-requested reschedules or cancellations
*We make every effort to complete same-day service, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling.

Yes! Our Loaders appreciate tips when they do a great job. Tipping for junk removal is optional, but commonly ranges from 10% to 20% of the service cost. You can tip more for exceptional service, but there’s no required amount.
