Is same day service guaranteed?

LoadUp offers a Service Day Guarantee to ensure your junk removal happens on the day you scheduled. If we need to reschedule your service*, we’ll refund $10 as a gesture of good faith.

The Service Day Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • Inclement weather or other acts of God
  • Customer unavailable at the time of Loader arrival
  • Customer fails to respond to pre-call or text notifications from the Loader
  • Special request services, including:

    • Orders over $500
    • Orders outside our standard service areas booked manually by a LoadUp representative
    • Non-junk removal services
    • Customer-requested reschedules or cancellations

*We make every effort to complete same-day service, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling.

Is same day junk removal available in my area?

Do you offer same day curbside pickup services?

Yes! Simply place your unwanted items outside and book a curbside pickup to save $5 on your order. Our local pros will handle the removal, and you don’t even need to be there at the time of pickup.

Should I tip for junk removal services?

Yes! Our Loaders appreciate tips when they do a great job. Tipping for junk removal is optional, but commonly ranges from 10% to 20% of the service cost. You can tip more for exceptional service, but there’s no required amount.
