Once you schedule a furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to come to your location and load up your items. The actual pickup time may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and other factors, but LoadUp’s goal is to complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring that your items are handled with care.

Our network of local charities regularly accept items that are clean and still working, with the aim of repurposing them to help those in need. And if you’re unable to move the items yourself, we recommend scheduling an in-home pickup instead.

At LoadUp, we understand that many donors would like to receive a furniture donation receipt. While we don’t directly provide donation receipts, we do offer the option for you to request a receipt directly from your Loader when applicable. If your old items are successfully donated, you’ll also receive a copy of your receipt after the fact. However, please note that since the acceptance of donations is contingent upon location and the condition of your items, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be accepted for donation.
