When you schedule your furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to arrive at your location and load up your items. While the actual pickup time may be affected by traffic, weather, and other factors, LoadUp strives to complete the process as efficiently as possible while ensuring that your items are handled with care.

Yes! LoadUp’s curbside pickup service in The Hills is a great option. By selecting curbside pickup when you book your appointment, you’ll receive a $5 discount. With furniture curbside pickup, simply place your items outside your home in a location that is easily accessible by our trucks, such as your front yard, driveway, or by the curb. However, if your old items are particularly heavy, we recommend requesting assistance to avoid injury. And if you’re unable to move the items yourself, we recommend scheduling an in-home pickup instead.

At LoadUp, we understand that many donors would like to receive a furniture donation receipt. While we don’t directly provide donation receipts, we do offer the option for you to request a receipt directly from your Loader when applicable. If your old items are successfully donated, you’ll also receive a copy of your receipt after the fact. However, please note that since the acceptance of donations is contingent upon location and the condition of your items, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be accepted for donation.
