Once you schedule a furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to arrive at your location and load up your items. While the actual pickup time may fluctuate due to external factors like traffic and weather, LoadUp’s priority is to complete the process quickly and efficiently while taking care of your donated items.

We accept almost any item, big or small, as long as it’s still in good condition and in demand.
