New Partner Dashboard
Here at LoadUp, we have designed our new Partner Dashboard to fit your needs and help you access all your information seamlessly. From booking new orders to updating your credit card information, everything is at your fingertips from your new dashboard.
It’s easy to use and makes every task a cinch. Your current login will remain the same and all of your past orders will be waiting for you.
PRO TIP: The name you choose for your Company Profile will be the name you see on your dashboard.
Introducing Assemblies
LoadUp will apply our full-service philosophy to assist in all of your customer’s setup and assembly needs. Once you have delivered the item(s) our Loaders will do all the heavy lifting, unbox, and set up your customer’s mattress, box spring, furniture, etc. We will even take the trash away and out of your customer’s hair!
We have also included a place for you to add instructions on how to assemble the item(s). You can add a link, simple instructions, and even provide the tracking number for the delivery so LoadUp can ensure their assembly happens right when they need it.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- LoadUp is not able to provide delivery for your item(s)
- Only pickups and assemblies that should be occurring on the same day of service can be on the same booking.
