Team LoadUp had an excellent time at our annual company Christmas Party.
As you can probably tell from the photos, everyone at LoadUp had a blast at our annual Christmas Party. Wearing our best ugly Christmas sweaters, we played the night away for awesome prizes and ate amazing fare at Punchbowl Social in Atlanta.
While the prizes were pretty sweet (somebody went home with a 50-inch flat screen LED TV!), the thing we all enjoyed most was each others’ company. Here’s how a couple of members from Team LoadUp felt about the party. . .
What the Team Thought
Operations Manager Haley Skipper planned the party.
“I love the LoadUp Christmas party! It is always a good time with great company, and every year we have more and more to celebrate!”
“This year, we wanted to do something extra special for our teammates, so we planned a raffle with great prizes. The LoadUp team works so hard all year long and we can’t do it without them, so we wanted them to have an opportunity to really enjoy themselves and celebrate their success and our company’s growth.”
“My favorite part of the Christmas party was the Christmas and coworker trivia! I’m sure if I had stayed longer it would have been the karaoke though because I’ve seen a few videos,” said Dispatch and Customer Service Manager, Caylin Puntasecca.
“My favorite sweater was probably a tie. I thought it was cute that Alex and her fiance wore matching sweaters. Jonathan was probably the most festive in the Christmas suit though.”
Personally, I can’t choose a favorite part of the party, but I do love to eat, so I’m leaning toward the food myself. That homemade macaroni and cheese. . . always a fan.
All in all, I think Caylin said it best when she put it this way: “It’s always fun hanging out with everyone out of work too because you can actually see who they are! They don’t have to put on their work faces and act. It helps you get to know everyone.”
That’s what a Christmas party should be all about!
