Loader Subscription FAQ’s

Can I swap my subscription and move to a new tier?

Yes, you can now manage your subscription on your own and no longer have to submit a request!

If I am on an old subscription, will it still provide points each month on the renewal date?

Yes, your old subscription will still drop the associated amount of points and provide point top-ups, but old subscriptions will not grant access to these new subscription windows!
