1) The night prior to your appointment you will receive a phone call to confirm your booking time window.
2) Once your disposal driver is dispatched, you will receive your first notification containing a GPS tracking link for viewing your drivers location in real-time.
3) Now that you know where your driver is, you will receive another notification upon arrival. Simply greet them at the door and let them get to work.
4) Last, you will be notified after the job is complete with a link allowing you to rate and review your experience. Get ready to make your old junk history!
How you should prepare.
Before we arrive, prepare for our visit by reviewing the information below. If you have any additional questions you can always find answers to our most common FAQ’s.
Pick-Up: We highly recommend making your mattress accessible before your driver arrives, however it is not required. This will speed up the process and make removing your old junk as easy as possible prior to your disposal. **Please note that we can haul your junk from any location.
Time Frame: Your removal team will arrive on time within the 4 hour scheduled arrival window, however the average appointment will last anywhere between 10 – 20 minutes depending on junk location.
Notifications: You will receive a text notification and a phone call prior to our arrival letting you know exactly when we plan to arrive for your service booking. Our goal it to make your removal and disposal as seamless as possible so you can plan your day accordingly.
Additional Items: If you have booked the removal of any additional items such as multiple mattresses, box springs, couches, recliners or other furniture, please make these items accessible for easy access as well. However, additional items are not required to be moved and can be hauled from any location on your property.
Add-on Services: Unfortunately, no additional add on’s can be booked at the time of your scheduled appointment. We keep a tight schedule to keep our disposal teams on time for the next customer. If you wish to add additional items to your booking you may call our support team at (844) 239-7711 prior to your appointment and we will attempt to accomodate you if possible. Otherwise, you must schedule another booking at a later date.
Max Limit Disposal: We can only accomodate up to 10 total items per booking. If you have any additional items you need removed or disposed, you may schedule multiple appointments via our online booking system or call (844) 239-7711 to request 10 plus items during a single booking.
