We provide updates at every step so your junk removal pickup is easy, reliable, and hassle-free.

  1. At 8am local time, you’ll get a text and email with your Loader’s direct number to confirm your time window and order details.
  2. Once your junk removal driver is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification that they’re on the way.
  3. You’ll get another update when your Loader arrives, just meet them at the door and let us handle the rest.
  4. After your junk pickup is finished, we’ll send you a link to rate and review your service.

Pick-Up: We recommend making items easy to access before your Loader arrives, but it’s not required. To save time, place your junk in a clear area, though we can remove items from anywhere on your property.

Time Frame: Your removal team will arrive within your scheduled 4-hour window. Most junk pickups take 10–20 minutes, depending on the item’s location.

Notifications: You’ll get both a text and phone call before arrival, so you’ll always know exactly when to expect us. Our goal is to make your junk removal service as seamless as possible.

Additional Items: If you booked multiple items (like mattresses, box springs, couches, or other furniture), try to make them accessible for faster removal. If not, no worries—we can haul items from any location.

Add-On Services: Need to add items before pickup? Just text our support team at (678) 884-4738. Please note: items cannot be added on-site with your Loader. If extra items don’t fit the schedule, a new booking will be required.

Max Limit Disposal: Whether it’s one item or a truckload, we can handle as much junk as you need removed in a single booking.
