No sorting or organizing is required before your Loaders arrive. You can point them to the pile and they handle the lifting, carrying, and loading. Bagging loose items is helpful if you have them, but it is not a requirement. Your Loaders are there to do the physical work, not to hand you a checklist.
If you book curbside pickup, you do not need to be home as long as the rubbish is in an accessible outdoor location. If you book in-home pickup, someone must be present to provide access, since your Loaders will be carrying items out from inside your home, garage, basement, or other interior spaces. You choose the pickup type when you book, so the process matches wherever your rubbish has collected.
Your Loaders cannot take hazardous materials, chemicals, flammable or combustible materials, wet or liquid paint, motor oil, automotive fluids, or medical and biohazardous waste. Permanently affixed flooring and carpet are also outside the scope of a rubbish pickup. If you are unsure about a specific item, it is worth reviewing the not-accepted list before your appointment.
