Your old stuff. Someone else’s fresh start. We pick up bulky items too good to toss but too big to haul, and get them to charity for you.
**See Terms regarding our donation pickup service.
Donating should be simple. But charities can’t always pick up large, heavy, or bulky items. LoadUp can, so you never have to lift, load, or haul a thing.
No lifting, no driving around, no guessing if the charity will even take it. Just book, and local Loaders come right to you.
Book by 2PM for priority pickup when you need it gone today.
Pick a date that works, tomorrow or next week.
Big items are in demand but hard to haul. Trained to lift and driven to give back, our Loaders cover pickup to dropoff.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, and more. You don’t touch a thing.
Porch, upstairs, basement, inside or out. We pick up where it sits.
Behind every donated bookshelf, bike, or washer is a family who needs it. We help it reach them.
Select your items and see your guaranteed price before you book.
Needed items are dropped off at a local charity whenever possible.
**LoadUp works with independent contractors and cannot guarantee the donation of items, a specific charity, or a donation receipt. Acceptance depends on item condition and local availability. See Terms →

Charities can’t always come to you. We can, with the truck, the crew, and the room for the big stuff.

Not every item is donation-ready. Loaders sort what’s in good shape, match it to a charity that can use it, and route the rest to responsible disposal to help avoid the landfill.
Declutter without the guilt of tossing it. Your items get a chance to help someone, and you get your space back.
Whenever possible, Loaders prioritize donation and recycling options to help reduce landfill waste. A portion of every booking supports reforestation efforts through Plant with Purpose™.

Same-day pickup is available when you book before 2 PM and adds $10. You see your exact price before you book, with no on-site estimates and no surprise charges. Your price covers the Loader's labor and transportation, and delivery to a local charity partner when it's accepted.
Donation pickup isn't free, but it's priced to stay affordable, starting at $75. Your price covers the Loader's labor, transportation, and handling, and it pays independent local Loaders fairly for the work. Usable items are delivered to a local charity partner when accepted, giving them a second life in the community.
Items in good, usable condition that are in demand locally are the best fit for donation. That includes furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, working electronics, and other household goods. Items should be clean, functional, and free of bed bugs, mold, and hazardous materials. If an item can't be donated, we route it to responsible recycling or disposal.
Yes, curbside donation pickup is available. Leave items outside in a spot our trucks can reach, such as a porch, driveway, or garage entrance, and you don't need to be home. Curbside or outdoor pickup also saves $5. If you'd rather have items carried out from inside, in-home pickup is available too, and our Loaders handle all the lifting.
LoadUp does not automatically provide donation receipts. You can request a receipt directly from your Loader when items are successfully donated. Because acceptance depends on item condition and local charity availability, LoadUp cannot guarantee a receipt for every job.
Items go to charities that can use them, from national names to neighborhood nonprofits. Charities you may recognize include Goodwill, The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and the Furniture Bank Network. Where your items go depends on your location, the item's condition, and which charities are accepting donations at the time of pickup.
With LoadUp, teams aim to donate as many eligible items as possible to nearby charities when donation options are available. If an item does not meet donation requirements or cannot be accepted locally, the next best option is used, such as recycling or responsible disposal, to help reduce waste whenever possible.
