If you’ve made the decision to donate your old mattress to help others, you can look for a local charity in your area or a donation center. Most charities and donation centers will take your mattress as long as it is in good condition.
It is a good idea to call ahead of time to make sure they will accept your donation, you don’t want to haul it all the way over there just to find out that they don’t have any room for it.
If hauling your mattress around town sounds like a hassle, just book a pickup with LoadUp. For a small fee, our team will show up, pickup your old mattress, and drop it off at a local charity. It’s that easy!
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free donation pickup service. We charge a small fee to cover costs associated with the pickup and drop off of your mattress to a charity or donation center.
We look for a donation center or local charity to drop your mattress off at after pickup. Please keep in mind that while we make every effort to find a donation center that will take your old mattress, we cannot guarantee donation. Some charities or donation centers may not take your mattress based on it’s condition, their needs, or available space. If we cannot donate your mattress, we dispose of it responsibly through recycling.

When you schedule a donation pickup through our online booking platform, you can choose an in-home or a curbside pickup. If you will be available, choose in-home and our Loaders can pick up from in your house, saving you the effort of moving a bulky mattress.
