After snow or ice, clear space so carts stay accessible, keeping them off snow piles and out of the street. Carts must be out by 7 a.m. Thursday, but anything set out over 24 hours early may draw an early hauling fee.
Boxes that overflow the recycling cart are collected for a prepaid fee only when flattened, placed in clear plastic bags of 32 gallons or less and no more than 50 pounds, and set beside the cart on recycling week, every other Thursday.
