Ohio EPA treats everything within village boundaries as a restricted area, so burning leaves, branches, or storm-downed limbs in New Lebanon requires written Ohio EPA permission in advance. Garbage, tires, and plastics can never be open burned anywhere in Ohio.
Free electronics recycling for all Montgomery County residents at the Solid Waste Transfer Station takes computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, small countertop appliances, and cords, cables, and holiday string lights.
