The Problem

Getting junk out of a Vineyards home is harder than it looks

You search online, call the county, and request a few hauler quotes. One hauler wants to come look first, and another never calls back. Weeks go by, and the junk still fills the garage.

Free city pickup is great, when it works

Collier County's bulk pickup can work for a single item set out on the right day. It usually has to be scheduled ahead, limits how much you put out, and turns away some materials. Your community may also have its own rules about what can sit at the curb, and for how long.

Traditional haulers play pricing games

A lot of haulers won't give you a number until someone comes out to look. Then the price is based on how much of the truck you fill, which is hard to guess ahead of time. You end up booking a visit just to find out what the job costs.

Donation centers are picky (rightly)

Donation centers need things they can resell, so stained cushions, worn mattresses, and broken appliances are often turned down. You might load the car, drive across town, and bring half of it home again. Donating helps with some items, but it won't clear the whole room.

Dumpster rental is overkill for one room

For a single guest room or a lanai refresh, a roll-off container is far more than you need. Many HOAs restrict dumpsters or ask for approval first, and delivery and pickup run on the rental company's schedule. Meanwhile it sits in your driveway, and you still have to carry everything out to it yourself.

What sets us apart

Your price is locked before pickup day

Most companies charge by truck space, and the price often changes on arrival. LoadUp charges by item, based on exactly what you're removing.

  • Per-item, predictable. First item includes the pickup fee. Every add-on is flat, no truck math, no hourly rates.
  • Locked means locked. The price at booking is what you pay. No adjustments, no surprises.
  • No-obligation quotes. Big job or full cleanout? Text a photo for a guaranteed price first.

Serving Vineyards and the Paradise Coast around it

Florida humidity has opinions about dragging a sleeper sofa off the lanai, and so does your back. Add a seasonal calendar that fills up fast before you head north, and the to-do list gets long. Your Loaders genuinely enjoy showing up for Vineyards neighbors and handling the carrying so your afternoon stays yours.

What Happens to Your Junk

Donation first, recycling second, landfill last

Bulky items from a lanai, garage, or guest room need a sensible next step, and that matters in Vineyards. Your Loader sorts each piece by condition, so donation, recycling, or disposal happens when local options allow.

Local Disposal Rules

The Vineyards disposal rules most residents don't know

If you set out an appliance or TV without scheduling first, the property owner can be fined. In Vineyards, these Collier County rules decide what the curb takes.

Rule 01

Furniture pieces should stay under four feet and fifty pounds

Bulky items left at the curb, like furniture and bicycles, should not exceed 4 feet and/or 50 pounds. Collier County sends oversized pieces and larger loads to the Collier County Landfill or the Immokalee Transfer Station. The county's Reuse Directory lists places to donate.

Rule 02

Three holidays pause pickup with no make-up day

There is no curbside collection on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. The landfill and drop-off centers also close. Trash, bulky items and yard waste due that day wait until your next scheduled day, which is a long wait in July heat.

Rule 03

Refrigerator doors must come off before curbside pickup

Collier County treats refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and washers as specialty bulky waste. You must remove the door so children can't get trapped inside and empty out everything in it. You also need to schedule pickup at least 48 hours before your recycling day.

Rule 04

Yard waste is capped at ten bundles or bags per pickup

Vineyards yard waste goes out on your recycling collection day. You can set out up to 10 bundles, yard waste paper bags and personal containers per collection, combined. A big palm or hedge trimming job may need to go out over several weeks.

Rule 05

Pull the batteries out of old electronics first

Computers, monitors, printers, fax machines, game systems and telephones can go to the curb if you schedule a specialty bulky waste pickup. First, take out all batteries and bring them to a Collier County Drop-Off Center. Don't leave them inside the device.

Rule 06

Monthly limits apply to tires and car batteries

Through the county's scheduled specialty pickup, residents can set out up to four standard vehicle tires and up to two vehicle batteries per month. If you're clearing out a garage with more than that, you'll need to spread it across several months.

Not unless it is part of a scheduled bulk pickup from your hauler. Junk left out without an appointment can count as illegal dumping in Collier County. Many Vineyards neighborhoods are gated and HOA-managed, so check your association's rules too.

LoadUp pricing for junk removal in Vineyards starts at $80, and pickup from the curb or driveway takes $5 off. The first item includes the base pickup fee, and each additional item is a flat add-on charge. The exact total is confirmed before booking. Truckload haulers often price by volume instead.

Same-day pickup is sometimes available, depending on Loader schedules in the Naples area. Enter your address during booking to see live openings. For curbside pickups you often don't need to be home. For in-home pickups, someone should be there or you can leave access notes.

Usually yes for bulky items like furniture, appliances and yard debris, but hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, and batteries are typically excluded. Those need a household hazardous waste drop-off. In a gated Vineyards community, give your hauler gate codes and ask about HOA move-out or vendor rules.

Loaders aim to donate usable items to local charities and recycle what they can, depending on what facilities accept. Items that can't be donated or recycled go to an appropriate disposal facility. Outcomes vary by item condition, so none of this is guaranteed.

Pick your item or items online, enter your Vineyards address, choose a time window, and see your total upfront. Your Loader typically calls before arriving, then carries out, loads, and hauls the items away. You don't have to move anything to the curb for in-home pickup.

The main differences are pricing model and booking flow. Traditional truckload haulers often price by the amount of truck space used and may confirm the total on site. LoadUp prices per item online and confirms the total before booking, which can suit small jobs. Large cleanouts may suit a truckload service.
