Junk has a way of piling up until it's one more thing on the list. Book a LoadUp pickup in Geneva, see your quote upfront, and get your space back without the hassle.
You search online, call the county, leave messages with a few haulers, and wait on callbacks that never come. Weeks go by, and the pile in the shed or carport still hasn't moved.
Seminole County bulk collection can help, but it usually needs to be scheduled ahead, limits how much goes out per pickup, and turns away things like paint or chemicals. You still have to drag everything to the road yourself, and on a long rural drive that is a lot of hauling.
Many haulers want to come out and look before they give you a number, and on a spread-out property that can mean days of waiting. Then the quote comes as a rough fraction of a truckload, so you don't know the real total until the truck is already loaded.
Thrift stores and charities want items that are clean, working, and ready to resell, so a scuffed recliner or a rusted grill often gets turned down. Some will pick up, but plenty won't, which leaves you loading the truck and making the drive anyway.
A roll-off sounds simple until you're planning delivery, keeping it from sinking into a soft sandy yard, and filling it all yourself before the rental runs out. For a few appliances or one cleared-out room, it's more container, more work, and more hassle than the job needs.

Your Loader may wheel a dead chest freezer out of a detached workshop or carry shelving down narrow barn loft stairs. Every Loader is background-checked and rated by real locals in Geneva after each job.
If you can drag brush or an old riding mower to the end of your driveway, curbside is a simple fit. If a sleeper sofa sits in the spare room of an older family home or a load waits at the far edge of a wooded acreage lot, full-service lets your Loaders carry it out, and it helps to mention any gated or long unpaved drive when you book.

Out here in Geneva, nothing is around the corner. Between long driveways, sandy back roads, and a disposal run that swallows a Saturday, hauling a busted fridge yourself is a real commitment. Your Loader handles the lifting and loading instead, and genuinely likes showing up for the neighbors who keep this wooded corner of Seminole County running.
Out past the long driveways in Geneva, a pile of old fencing or a worn-out sofa can sit for months. Your Loader sorts each item by condition, so usable pieces and recyclables stay out of the landfill when possible.
Furniture and household goods in good, clean condition may be set aside for donation when possible. Your Loader checks each piece as it's loaded, and local donation options decide what can be accepted.
Items that are worn or damaged but not donatable, like scrap metal, old appliances, or electronics, are handled responsibly. Your Loader pursues recycling where available when local options allow.
Heavily damaged or contaminated bulky items, like rotted decking or a collapsed shed panel, are taken for proper disposal. Your Loader handles the lifting and loading so you don't haul anything from your Geneva property.
Bring the wrong load to the wrong county facility and you can be turned away at the gate, so here is what applies in Geneva and unincorporated Seminole County.
The Central Transfer Station in Longwood does not accept furniture, white goods, construction debris, or dump trailers. Those loads go to the Seminole County Landfill in Geneva. The landfill is a Class 1 site covering over 6,000 acres, and it also takes boats after inspection.
If no local burn ban is in place, Florida allows yard waste fires in piles under 8 feet across. The fire must meet setbacks like 25 feet from your house and 150 feet from other occupied buildings. Burning treated lumber or plastics is illegal.
Seminole County takes paints, stains, pool and lawn chemicals, and pesticides from residents at no cost through its Household Hazardous Waste program. Usable products go to the ReUse Shop, where residents can take up to 15 items a day. Businesses cannot use this program.
After hurricanes, Seminole County asks residents to keep tree debris in one pile and building materials and large items in another, so claw trucks can work faster. Keep piles off streets and sidewalks and away from hydrants, mailboxes, and power lines.
Residents can drop off computers, monitors, televisions, printers, cell phones, and audio-visual equipment for free at the Household Hazardous Waste Tunnel inside the Central Transfer Station. The landfill does not take electronics. Residents are encouraged to wipe personal data first.
Unincorporated Seminole County collects up to 15 bags of yard waste at a time. Each bag can weigh up to 50 pounds, bundles can be up to 4 feet long, and branches up to 4 inches thick. Plastic bags tangle machinery and ruin the mulch made from it.

LoadUp pricing for junk removal in Geneva starts at $80, and curbside or outdoor pickup takes a flat $5 off. The first item includes the base pickup fee, each additional item is a flat add-on, and the exact total is confirmed before booking. Hauling it yourself to the county landfill costs $41.63 per ton covered.
Same-day pickup is sometimes available, but it depends on Loader schedules near Geneva and Seminole County. Enter your address when booking to see live availability. For curbside items you generally don't need to be home. For in-home pickups, someone should be there or leave access instructions.
Seminole County runs a Household Hazardous Waste drop-off that is free for all county residents, and electronics are also accepted free. Hazardous items like paint and chemicals shouldn't go in regular trash or curbside piles, so it's worth sorting them out before a junk pickup.
Loaders aim to donate usable items and recycle what they can, depending on acceptance by local partners. Anything that can't be donated or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility. Outcomes vary by item condition, so none of them are guaranteed.
You choose your items online, enter your Geneva address, and pick a pickup window. The total is confirmed before you book. Your Loader typically gives a heads-up before arriving, then does the lifting, loading and hauling from wherever the items are, such as a garage, barn or driveway.
It can be, if you have a truck and the time. Residential Class I waste is $41.63 per ton covered or $83.25 per ton uncovered at the county landfill and Central Transfer Station. Hiring help makes more sense for heavy or bulky items, or when you don't have a vehicle.
The main differences are the pricing model and the booking flow. Truckload haulers like 1-800-GOT-JUNK and Junk King often base the final price on how much space your items fill. LoadUp prices per item online, so you see the total before a Loader arrives.
