When you schedule your furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to arrive at your location and load up your items. While the actual pickup time may be affected by traffic, weather, and other factors, LoadUp strives to complete the process as efficiently as possible while ensuring that your items are handled with care.

As long as the item is clean, in demand and works, charities are usually happy to accept it and repurpose it to help others in need. While we don’t directly provide donation receipts, we do offer the option for you to request a receipt directly from your Loader when applicable. If your old items are successfully donated, you’ll also receive a copy of your receipt after the fact.
