However, in most cases, LoadUp strives to provide same-day or next-day pickup services whenever possible. Once you schedule a furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to come to your location and load up your items. The actual pickup time may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and other factors, but LoadUp’s goal is to complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring that your items are handled with care.

We accept almost any item, big or small, as long as it’s still in good condition and in demand. Our network of local charities regularly accept items that are clean and still working, with the aim of repurposing them to help those in need. While we don’t directly provide donation receipts, we do offer the option for you to request a receipt directly from your Loader when applicable. If your old items are successfully donated, you’ll also receive a copy of your receipt after the fact. However, please note that since the acceptance of donations is contingent upon location and the condition of your items, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be accepted for donation.
