When you schedule your furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to arrive at your location and load up your items. While the actual pickup time may be affected by traffic, weather, and other factors, LoadUp strives to complete the process as efficiently as possible while ensuring that your items are handled with care.

Our network of local charities regularly accept items that are clean and still working, with the aim of repurposing them to help those in need. While we don’t provide donation receipts directly at LoadUp, you can request a receipt from your Loader when applicable and receive a copy of your receipt afterwards.
