However, in most cases, LoadUp strives to provide same-day or next-day pickup services whenever possible. Once you schedule a furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to come to your location and load up your items. The actual pickup time may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and other factors, but LoadUp’s goal is to complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring that your items are handled with care.

We accept almost any item, big or small, as long as it’s still in good condition and in demand. Our network of local charities regularly accept items that are clean and still working, with the aim of repurposing them to help those in need. However, if your old items are particularly heavy, we recommend requesting assistance to avoid injury. And if you’re unable to move the items yourself, we recommend scheduling an in-home pickup instead.

We understand that receiving a furniture donation receipt is important to many of our donors. While we don’t provide donation receipts directly at LoadUp, you can request a receipt from your Loader when applicable and receive a copy of your receipt afterwards. Be aware that the acceptance of items for donation is contingent upon various factors, including location and item condition, and we cannot guarantee that all items will be accepted.
