When you schedule your furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to arrive at your location and load up your items. While we don’t directly provide donation receipts, we do offer the option for you to request a receipt directly from your Loader when applicable. If your old items are successfully donated, you’ll also receive a copy of your receipt after the fact.
