Once you schedule a furniture donation pickup, LoadUp will provide you with a two-hour arrival window for their team to come to your location and load up your items. The actual pickup time may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and other factors, but LoadUp’s goal is to complete the process as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring that your items are handled with care.

While we don’t directly provide donation receipts, we do offer the option for you to request a receipt directly from your Loader when applicable. If your old items are successfully donated, you’ll also receive a copy of your receipt after the fact.
