When junk piles up, it stops being a small chore and starts weighing on your whole week. Book a quick LoadUp pickup, see your price upfront, and get your space back.
You search online, call the county about bulk pickup, and request a few hauler quotes. One calls back, another wants to stop by first, the rest go quiet. Weeks later, the junk still sits in the garage.
Bonaire is unincorporated, so there's no city-run bulk program. What you can use depends on your Houston County trash service, and it usually has to be scheduled ahead, with limits on items and amounts. You still have to drag everything to the road yourself.
Many haulers want to look at the pile in person before they give you a number, then price it by how much of the truck it fills. You often don't know the real total until the truck is loaded and it's too late to say no.
Thrift stores and charities need things they can resell, so stains, tears, missing parts, or worn finishes can get an item turned away. That leaves you hauling it home again, and broken pieces or general junk were never going to get accepted anyway.
A roll-off container takes up your driveway for days, may need HOA approval, and can scratch up pavement when it's dropped off. You still have to lift and toss everything in yourself, which is a lot of work for one cleared-out spare room or shed.

Your Loader eases a seized-up mower out of a cramped backyard shed and through a narrow side gate. Every Loader is background-checked and rated by real locals in Bonaire after each job.
Bonaire is largely residential, and many homes have driveways and garages, so curbside (outdoor) pickup works well when your items are already outside by the street or on the driveway. Choose full-service when things are still inside, like a back bedroom or a crowded garage, and your Loaders will carry them out for you.

Nobody plans to spend a July Saturday in Middle Georgia heat dragging storm-downed limbs and a warped shed door to the truck bed. Your Loader would rather do the sweating. They lift, carry, and load from the garage, backyard, or driveway, so your weekend stays yours. Your Loaders genuinely like showing up for Bonaire neighbors.
Bulky items rarely end up in one place, and that matters for homes across Bonaire. After your Loader hauls everything away, each piece is sorted by condition toward donation, recycling, or disposal, when local options allow.
Furniture, appliances, and household goods in good, clean condition may be set aside for donation where available. Your Loader handles the lifting and loading, and donation depends on local options and the item's condition.
Items that are worn or damaged but not donatable, like broken metal frames or old appliances, may be recycled when possible. Your Loader separates them during loading so they can go to recycling where local options allow.
Heavily damaged, soiled, or contaminated bulky items that can't be donated or recycled are taken for responsible disposal. Your Loader carries them out of the garage, shed, or yard and hauls them away, so you skip the landfill trip.
Burning brush in the wrong month or mixing debris types can lead to a violation notice or a higher landfill bill. In Bonaire, these Houston County and Georgia rules apply.
Under Georgia's scrap tire rules, tire retailers must accept one scrap tire from a customer for each new tire sold. Stockpiled tires collect rainwater and breed mosquitoes in middle Georgia's long, humid summers, and the county landfill also accepts auto tires.
The Houston County Solid Waste Disposal Facility in Kathleen runs a separate construction and demolition landfill with a reduced tipping fee compared with household garbage. Keeping renovation debris out of mixed trash loads saves space in the lined landfill and lowers the disposal cost.
Houston County is one of the Georgia counties under the state's summer open burning ban, which runs May 1 through September 30 to curb ozone. Brush piles from storm cleanup must wait, go through the county's subscription yard waste pickup, or head to the landfill.
Federal Clean Air Act rules prohibit venting refrigerant and require it to be recovered from refrigerators, freezers, and window air conditioners before final disposal. The Houston County landfill accepts white goods and bulky wastes, but recovery comes first.
Bonaire sits in unincorporated Houston County, where county trash customers need a separate sign-up for curbside recycling through the county's online solid waste form. Without that subscription, cardboard boxes from a move have no curbside pickup.
Georgia law prohibits disposing of lead-acid batteries with household garbage or in landfills, and retailers that sell them are required to accept used ones. Old batteries from a garage or shed cleanout belong with a battery retailer, not in the trash cart.

Sometimes. Availability depends on Loader schedules around Bonaire and Warner Robins, so enter your address at booking to see open times. For curbside pickups you don't need to be home. For in-home pickups, someone should be there or leave access notes.
Hazardous items like paint, chemicals, and batteries generally don't belong in household trash. Oversized loads, construction debris, and renovation waste often fall outside standard collection too. Confirm current limits with WM or Houston County Solid Waste before setting anything out.
Loaders aim to keep usable items out of the landfill. Depending on acceptance, items in good shape may go to local donation centers, recyclable materials may go to recycling facilities, and the rest goes to an approved disposal site. Outcomes vary by item and condition.
You book online, pick the items and a time window, and see your exact price before confirming. Your Loader typically contacts you shortly before arriving, then removes the items and hauls them away. You pay only the price you were quoted.
The main differences are pricing model and booking flow. Many traditional haulers price by truckload and give a free estimate before the final quote. LoadUp prices per item online, so you see the total before anyone arrives. Truckload pricing can suit a full cleanout.
It can be, if you have a truck and time to haul. Houston County runs its own landfill and charges disposal fees, so check current rates first. Hiring help makes more sense when you have heavy items, no truck, or limited time.
