Yes. If you book in-home pickup, your Loaders will come inside and take the rug from wherever it is, including an upstairs bedroom, a hallway, or a basement. Someone needs to be home to provide access when you book in-home pickup. If you book curbside, you would move the rug outside yourself and you do not need to be present during pickup.
This service covers loose area rugs only. Your Loaders do not remove wall-to-wall carpet, carpet tiles, or any padding that is tacked or glued to the floor. If what you have is a loose rug that sits on top of the floor, it qualifies for pickup.
